Looking for ways to meet your fitness goals this new year? Run the Edge has come up with this amazing idea called Run the Year!  Run the Year is a fitness challenge to run or walk 2,018 miles in the year of 2018! This is totally doable! By joining this community you will be involved with other like minded people who love fitness as much as you. Not only is this a fun goal to keep and a way to actually track if you achieve it or not, but it’s keeping you healthy throughout the entire year.

There are 3 different packages that you can purchase you can track everything on your phone and at the end of the year you will receive your medal in the mail! This app syncs with your FitBit or Garmin to keep track of all your miles. This is definitely the best part if you are an active FitBit member like I am, then you know how amazing this is! All you do is when you sign up, you sign into your FitBit account and they sync automatically. get it all package

 

You will even get custom recipes for smoothies when you participate along with free training plans! Want to join with other people? You can join up to a team of 4 people! This would be a really fun family event to do together, competitive and healthy! Or if you have a close group of friends who love fitness, this would be a fun opportunity for you to group up.
