Lack of Motivation

 

Motivation is not a finite resource. Your level of motivation is not fixed; it fluctuates over time and may be affected by your mood, the people around you, or even a change in your goals.

Sometimes what you thought was going to be a motivating goal ends up being a discouraging one. The important thing is to have multiple goals so that one can pursue another goal when one feels less rewarded. If you’re struggling with a lack of motivation and have attempted many different approaches that haven’t helped, it might be time for professional help.

 

Too Much On Your Plate
