  1. Love this list. I recently wrote about my experience with PPD and how hard it was. There is also a study that shows a reduction of PPD symptoms with the use of Omega-3. I know for me it helped. Self-care was the biggest thing for me. As new moms it is so much about the baby, we sometimes forget about ourselves
