Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Posture)

  • Sit straight at the bottom of your fees combined.
  • Keep your knees outside so that your legs look like butterfly wings.
  • Exhale by leaning forward.
  • Gently press your forearms on your thighs by bringing your legs towards the floor.
  • While practicing, you can also lie on your back and relax and breathe deeply by bringing your arms out.
