    1. Such the truth — -I feel like doctors should be telling new moms this because honestly how else would you know?

Yes, no one told me that I needed to do this after having my daughter so it wasn’t something I’ve been working on but it’s been a while and it isn’t as easy to regain the strength as some who have just had their baby more recently than I have. More doctors should warn new mothers that this is something they will need to recover from as well.
