Being fatigued is a common symptom for many conditions, from low vitamin levels to hormonal imbalances. A quick blood test can help to rule out any underlying medical conditions. Once you’ve confirmed there are no medical issues contributing to your tiredness, you can help to restore your sleep-wake cycle by creating a new sleep hygiene routine.

If you’ve noticed an increase in neck pain, headaches or backache, overusing your phone could be the cause.
